For years, we ran a full-service pool supply store in North Texas. It wasn't a quiet business — hundreds of pool owners came through our doors every single day, water samples in hand. Cloudy water. Green water. Chemistry that wouldn't balance no matter what they tried. Equipment that kept breaking for reasons nobody could explain. We tested every sample. We diagnosed every problem. We talked through every solution.
